Link Apartments® Mint Street requires all residents to obtain renter's insurance for a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage and list our community as an additional interested party. Part of that process is making your home fresh & move-in ready by hiring our professional cleaners to sparkle and clean every inch, and our Link Apartments® Service Team performs our Link Apartments® quality control checklist. Plus, our on-site Leasing Team is available 7 days a week to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
To keep your trusted vehicle near, Link Apartments Mint Street has a parking garage right on the property. Parking is $150 monthly for the 1st vehicle and $200 dollars a month for each additional vehicle in our community parking garage. Pricing subject to change at any time. We are only blocks away from the Carson light rail station in South End. Bicycle racks are located at every light rail station and inside each light rail vehicle. Plus, electric scooter charging stations are located nearby our property to help you quickly get to Uptown and South End!
Every apartment includes an efficient ENERGY-STAR® washer/dryer, and select units include a WiFi Enabled Smart Home Washer/Dryer!

*We ask that the apartment be painted back to its original color before move out. Charges will apply if the original paint is not restored at move out.

For the fastest response to emergency after-hours maintenance requests, please call us at 704.815.6405. Your Link Apartments® home is our priority. We expect to complete all requests within 24-hours and will let you know if that is not possible!
Trash is $5 monthly. Parking starts at $150 monthly, please contact the office for more details.
You are responsible for your water, electric and internet/cable. Water is submetered and paid with your monthly rent through the Link resident portal. You must set up your electric with Duke Energy prior to move in. You can choose between Spectrum and AT&T for your internet/cable.
Emergency maintenance is available 24/7. For emergency requests, please call 704.815.6405 and follow the menu prompts to reach our service team. All other maintenance requests can be submitted through our Link Apartments® App.
Easily pay rent with an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card on the Link Apartments® app or resident portal! The portal is open for online payments the 1st - 5th of every month.
